Breakfast: Three fried eggs, four slices of bacon, toast, milk.

Lunch: Moules mariniere and chips.

Dinner: Scallops wrapped in bacon and maple syrup, cabbage with crushed pistachios, rioja.

Breakfast: Carrot juice, mango slices

Lunch: Beetroot, feta, carrot and spinach salad, flatbread, pineapple, melon, mango slices, diet coke

Dinner: Spaghetti in olive oil, chilli flakes, garlic, salt and pepper, Shiraz, tangerine

Lunch: Falafel wrap, 2 pickled chillis, diet coke.

Dinner: Buttered chicken, pea paneer, rice, nan, poppadoms, Kingfisher lager

Lunch: Chicken Teryaki bap, Topic, diet coke

Dinner: Lamb chops with garlic and chilli rub, rice, steamed broccoli and carrots, yoghourt, chappattis. Cheddar cheese, apple, Shiraz.

Breakfast: Pret ordered a Macchiato and got a Mocha but didn't notice until I got to the office

Lunch: Beetroot, feta, carrot and spinach salad with humous and flatbread. Salt and vinegar french fries and can of diet coke.

Dinner: Cannelini bean and carrot casserole, sour dough. Cheddar cheese. Merlot
