Breakfast: Bran flakes and raisins. Fried egg, bacon, baked beans, toast , coffee.

Lunch: Cheese and tomoto panini, Diet Coke.

Dinner: Chicken, carrot and broccoli vindaloo, rice, Stella.

Friday

Breakfast: Black coffee

Lunch: Cheese and tomatoe panini. Diet Coke

Dinner: Carbonara, bread, Pinot Noir.

Thursday

Breakfast: Espresso

Lunch: Beetroot, carrot, spinach salad, humous, flat bread. Diet Coke.

Dinner: Spicey salmon and coconut soup, noodles,spinach, mushrooms.
