Friday 16/4/10

Breakfast: Kiwi, apple, lime smoothie.

Lunch: Falafel pitta bread. Apple juice

Supper: Lamb, garlic and fermented lemon curry, dhall, pirathas, pilau rice, raita. A selection of elderflower jelly, chocolate cookie pudding, sherry trifle, apple and toffee puddings. Spanish red and Adnams.
